PowerCore Unplugged gives you the flexibility to choose exactly which of the optional PowerCore plugins you want to run on your system. If you're already the lucky owner of PowerCore you can also use the PowerCore Unplugged to add more power to your setup and that way run even more plugins simultaneously. The Unplugged is the same piece of hardware as the PowerCore PCI mkII but without bundled plugins we've "unpluged" the PowerCore so to speak. With no bundled plugins PowerCore Unplugged gives you the liberty to compose your own palette of plugins, but it does however require at least one PowerCore plugin to run.
